      J & D Home Finders is not a real estate agency.

      We do not just list a home, stick a sign in the yard, and then wait for a buyer to appear so that we can do the paperwork.

      We find a buyer for your home, taking beautiful pictures of the property, writing up a detailed listing for our online sources to expose your home to our collection of potential buyers. We don't give up; we work with your property every day until it is sold. We talk to prospective buyers, emphasizing the strong points of the property, emailing more information and pictures if necessary, and showing the property. As we talk to buyers, we will contact you by phone or email when an offer has been made.

      We also differ from real estate agencies in how much you pay. We do not charge based on the sale price of the home; we charge a flat fee of $1000 payable when the house is sold to a buyer that we have brought to you. This finder's fee does not include handling legal paperwork—any local lawyer can do that—we do only one thing : find a buyer.

      I hope this helps you to see what I do & let you know that I am not a Realtor . I put your house on a lot of listings & I take the time that you don't have to waste on talking to people out here. I'll show your home & tell them every thing they need to know about the property.

      I have found that in this time period with housing market down they want to buy from owners not realtors.

      All I ask for is a $1000 finders fee if I find a buyer, If you find the buyer, then you don't owe me a thing.

      I would need from you a list of options of how you would be willing to sell the property. For instance,

selling price-
lowest price-
rent to own-
lease option-

house --
heat & air
electric size- 200 or 100 amp
any other things that make your house special.
